a new serieswell guys i was hoping to get enough people together to run a new series in Dirt Track Racing 2
dirt track racing 2 is a very fun game it is more open about tracks and vehicle classes (JMO) kets try and get this going i honestly would like to try this and see if it "takes off" like i think it will You up for it Jim?

I dont know if you knew it or not, but a good many of us come from DTR2, Me,Danno,Donnie,Don Ruth,Brett,The Baumans,Kerrigan,Mike used to be alot of us. Me (iam4rcr3) ,Danno,Mike (DSR) and DonRuth (DR56) ran DTR2 together for about 3 years from 2002-03 to 2005. We were both on Team IGGR and we started running Nascar in May 2005 and pretty much left DTR2 alone.
Me I would never go back, One of those been there done that sorta thing, I could win any given night in DTR2, but it just didnt compare to nascar, The warp and lag isnt something I would want to deal with again. I say you could get some guys to fart around with you in DTR2, I dont think it would make a series. Now I know there are a few of us that has been wanting to try rfactor out some. One of the Late Models on there.

Wade is right, rfactor Late Models would make a better series. I have only run DTR2 1 time and I sucked, I would run it just for fun.

Just for fun for me, warp, lag & time spent on sets are killer.

i think a DTR2 thing is something that should happen every once in awhile
like not a set date just random
to have an occasional night to have fun instead of a series
i certanly dont know anything about making setups so i wouldnt take the time to learn

yes i know wade and actually my dad ran with danno fcor a few years my dad(best steak) got overrun with work and had to quit online

my dad is in the process of getting rfactor on his computer and if he could do that thewn i would be up for it but right now i dont have the money to buy the game and sooo for now i c ouldnt do it but maybe next year i can have rfactor up and running on my computer

Yep I know your dad, I ran over at SNS with him too. If you are looking for somewhere to run DTR2, get with Don Ruth, he still races DTR2 at SNO (Saturday Night Outlaws) I even think your dad raced there some back in the day, we all did. Use to go run there after SNS on Saturday nights.
