OMT Series RulesThis series is open to drivers 16 and older only
We race the Whelen Modified mod on Thursday nights
We race on a dedicated server through OLR client (can be found at onlineracin.com)
Make sure you have that client downloaded and installed on your PC to race here beforehand
8:00 PM EST Practice
8:30 PM EST Qualifying
8:40 PM EST Race
We use Fixed Setups, 2x wear rate, Realistic damage & weather
Races will usually be a total of 75-150 laps (depending on track size)
This is a short track series. Tracks will be asphalt and vary in length from 1/4 mile to 1 mile
Come Prepared !!
Enter the race server with the your correct name, number and carfile the first time
Have the proper track(s) for that nights race..
Out of respect for Excel please refrain from using any other leagues "tagged" name or logos on your car or in your name on Excels Race or Teamspeak servers
There will be NO provisionals or driver substitutions in this series !!
If you are the driver who causes the caution (no matter what lap) speed down pit road & get eoll penalty
There is a lucky dog series. If you are the first car a lap(s) down (and were NOT involved in the caution) you will be the recipient of the lucky dog
Black flags will not be cleared by admin. Be alert !! If you get a black flag, Serve it
QUIET Under Caution. Drivers need to hear their spotters
There will be NO RACING BACK back under caution (slow up & hold position), unless it's 10 or less laps to go
If nobody claims the caution, ALL DRIVERS involved must speed down pit road 2nd time by & get an EOLL (failure to do so will result in a 1 lap penalty)
Any driver who gets an EOLL after pitting (and needs to let others by) drop to bottom of track and slow down to let them around
ALL cars shall remain in a single file line on ALL restarts until after they cross the start/finish line (unless a car has mechanical failure and pulls out of line)
A penalty point system IS in place for drivers causing incidents/cautions (see seperate forum post)
Do not interfere or join in with the winners celebration. Do not crash into other cars after race is over (on track or pit road) NO horseplay postrace, period !
Intentionally wrecking someone is not tolerated, at any time..
Anything detrimental (flaming, intentionally wrecking another driver, bad mouthing in any forum, etc.) this series or league risks SUSPENSION or BAN at the admins and/or leagues discretion
