warping

So....some of you know that I have had some warping issues. here is what I have done and still have the issues-
-New CAT6 cable
-Hardwired directly from modem to computer
-reset both computer and modem completely before trying to race
-turned off IP6 and ran just IP4 in the internet settings
-closed all other programs and anti virus programs prior to running
-called cable company and everything looks good on their end

Issue is, when connected, my Quality never drops below 103 (always goes up), my ping is ok....during game, i push Ctrl+C too see levels and I watch the "S" bar never stay stable. Eventually turns red and warps...
I have raced 5 times, then out of the blue....this started.....any thoughts would be appreciated. ...Going through withdrawls....

I knew of a racer who had this same problem or at least a problem very close to yours. What helped his problem is changing one in game setting. Changing the "Select a Renderer" From "Direct X D3D" to "opengl" fixed his problem completely.
