What was happening to me tonight.Not sure what was going on tonight with me and the server. But Danno said I should post this screen shot in here as well. Some reason when I would go into the server it was like my game was running in fast foward, everything was super fast, I left and went to my own server and all was fine, framerates was well over 100, just everything was sped way up.
And notice in the lower left hand corner, my quality was in the 50-60's and the server was maxed out in the red where everyone elses was in the green. Not sure whats going on?

I dont have Vista, I am running XP.
I left game and back in a few times, it was always same
Would exit game go back in in my own server and worked fine.
Not sure what it is.

If im not mistaking, when the S goes up that means its the server lagging and when it goes down its you, so with that in mind there would be something up with the server.

I was wondering how that worked Erick. Because I could go open up my server and the game would run fine. But when I would go into the race server it was glitchy and like everything was running 3-4 times as fast as it should.
I went out and back in server a few times and was always the same, but only for me, even rebooted the PC, nothing ever changed.
Not sure what was going on.

OK Here is somewhat of a update, I THINK.
Went and opened a server up this morning to try it again thru OLR Client, Still had same result. Went again into my own server all was fine. It was a totally different server as we was using last night, really knew it couldnt be anything actually wrong with the server itself due to others having no problems, so I guess it had to be something between me and the server not reacting correct.
So onto this, Not sure if this was the cause or what, or if it is even fixed at all. But I went and Uninstalled RLMArena, went right back into the Excel server that I had opened and then it worked fine.
Did anyone else have to unistall RLMArena? Now when we set this OLR Stuff up I was able to go into the OLR server without any problems and at that time RLMArena was installed and I had no issues then, so not sure if it was just a fluke it started working after I uninstalled it or it actually had something to do with it?
I Dunno, I really wanted to race last night.

idk man ive still got rlm arena installed on my XP machine thats 3-4 years old
it could have been a fluke or there could have been something interacting with eachother idk

I still got RLM installed, never seen that sort of issue til it happened to you.
Will try get with MikeV about it when see him, he may know or heard of that issue.

signed back out and fixed mine.not sureI had the same problem that when i joined the server everthing was super fast and couldn't see any other cars. So i signed back out all the way and signed back in fresh and it seemed to fix everthing. Everything was just like it should be

occasionally it will do it wen i join a server(any server(rlm olr etc.)) for a minute then it will catch up and be fine

you didnt change anything in your Core.ini file for another league and forget to change it back before you raced at EXCEL did you. Because that could do it.

No I havent raced anywhere or been in the game at all since I installed OLR Client. The night me and Danno set me up I went in and tried it and it worked fine that night but Friday night Nada.

thats odd. did you try resetting your computer after that happened. Or maybe even resetting your internet?

also this is seperate but wondering if the recent tornados we had come thru this past weekend would have anything to do with my ping being in the 350's???

yeah I rebooted once that night, and nothing changed. Also rebooted the modem once.

Yeah Hunter it may have damaged your lines somewhere. That is what I was thinking may have been my problem that night, it was Friday night, same day the tornados came thru here.
